    Hi I am trying to do an initial woo commerce to square sync with approx 1645 products. The process gets so far and then a pop up message with our websitename says ( nothing extra in the text) with an option to click Ok.

    If we click ok the process seems to stop.
    Re initiating the sync causes the blue progress bar at the bottom of the screen to get a bit further each time but as yet no products are showing up on square.

    If we ignore the message the spinning wheel continues but there does not seem to be any progress shown in the progress bar.

    A bit of background also ( we have had the system set up and working for the last few weeks.)
    But due to a change in ownership of the business Square informed us that the new owner would have to set up their own Square account and we would have to reload all of the products on their account.
    Obviously finding this very frustrating as we thought we could do a simple change of ownership on the Square account but that is not possible.

    If there is a better way to achieve the connection of woo to square and load all the products please advise.

    Did you disconnect the Square account from within your site and reconnect to your new Square account?

    WooCommerce->Settings->Square->Disconnect from Square.

    I’d also make sure to update the plugin to the most recent version available.

    Hi all I got this resolved by asking SiteGround to change the default time out on the server ( I’m not that technical so has to ask them to do it).

    Re ran the sync ( it did fail once more ) But restarting and got message saying sync was successful.
