    I have had some bookings come through which the users had selected the date correctly, 21 Sept, filled in their name, email and phone number, but never actually selected any of the available time slots (I know that’s a bit stupid but not everyone using our site is 100% IT literate!). Its been sorted out by contacting the individual and re-booked correctly, but how can this be avoided in future? You make the email box mandatory can’t the time slot be the same?

    Future idea for improvements, when an event is fully booked or down to the last 1 or 2 places left, could it display on the message ‘Fully Booked’ or ‘Only 1 place left’. Make it so the admin can turn on/off the feature and set what number of slots left before it displays a message.
