Different blog and WordPress URL = “no posts” error?

I have my WP setup so that:
Blog URL is: http://www.azureautonomie.com
WP URL is: http://www.azureautonomie.com/journalI have a custom home.php that displays the most recent post in one part of the page.
Now I have the dreaded “no posts” page when I try to see my posts on http://www.azureautonomie.com/journal. I’ve looked through the support forums here to no avail.
Help is greatly appreciated!
