WordPress pages not showing up

    OK, I have added several pages and everything was fine but now for some reason the only page that is showing up is my main page.

    If you go to the link above and click on any of the links in the side bar none of them work – I keep getting an 404 Not Found.

    All the pages and posts I created show up in the editor inside my dashboard and they were all working yesterday but not now.

    Within my dashboard the preview post and preview page button also gives me a 404 not found.

    any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

    Try resetting your custom permalinks to the default setting. If that works, read http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks before setting your custom permalinks back up again – especially the part about not using %category% at the start of a custom permalink structure..

    Quick fix – thanks!
    My custom has been setup as /archives/wp-%post_id% for ages and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I think my webhost (BlueHost) made some changes on the back end…

    I decided to stick with ‘date and name based’.
