Admin Navigation bug

Hi all,

Since I’ve upgraded from WP 2.8.1 to 2.8.3, I’ve been experiencing some admin navigation troubles.

I think it will be a CSS or JS issue, as I have already deactivated all themes and plugins, but the bug remains…
