    Hello,

    I purchased this plugin and got the popup to appear on button click. The problem is it only works on desktop, not mobile. Can you please help?

    Did you mean you purchase Elementor Pro?

    In that case, you might need to contact their support.

    This plugin is only a helper plugin to reveal the hidden trigger URL that Elementor Pro is using behind the scene. This plugin is free and not associated with Elementor Pro team.

    Hi,

    I did purchase elementor pro. I got it to work on mobile; but now I have another issue. The link is only clickable once. When I click on the button (link) the popup opens. However, once I close it, the link no longer functions unless I refresh the page. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    About the popup being displayed only once, Elementor has an option to make the popup appears only once. Maybe it’s the cause in your case.
