    Updating rules has failed since june for me.
    i use a2hosting turbo hosting for my wordpress installation

    It’s possible that your hosting provider or something else is blocking the connection to Wordfence servers.

    You can check this by going to Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> Connectivity. Under http and https, it should read OK.
