• Hi.

I have marked in the advanced settings of the plugin Force the synchronization of the WP user but it does not work, I get this error:

“Error! This site has the force WP user login feature enabled in the settings. We could not find a WP user record for the given username: acme1

This error is triggered when a member account doesn’t have a corresponding WP user account. So the plugin fails to log the user into the WP User system.

Contact the site admin and request them to check your username in the WP Users menu to see what happened with the WP user entry of your account.

The site admin can disable the Force WP User Synchronization feature in the settings to disable this feature and this error will go away.

You can use the back button of your browser to go back to the site.”

I have verified the users in WP and apparently everything is fine.
Users have been massively loaded with the Simple Membership plugin – Bulk Import Member Data from a CSV File.

    Any ideas to solve this?
    Thank you in advance!

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

“Error! This site has the force WP user login feature enabled in the settings. We could not find a WP user record for the given username: acme1

This error is triggered when a member account doesn’t have a corresponding WP user account. So the plugin fails to log the user into the WP User system.

Can you carry out the following test. Make sure Force WP User Synchronization is still enabled.

    For example:

    1) Create a member account name bob. Make sure bob is also registered with WP Users.
    2) Log in via WordPress login form. Then check to make sure you are also logged in to the membership account.
    3) Now log out via the WP Users login widget and also check to make sure you are also logged out as a member.
    4) Did this work for you?

    Kind regards

    Hello @mbrsolution
Thank you very much for your answer.
I have followed your instructions and it works fine, but it keeps giving error with the users loaded by CSV
    any ideas?
The project that I have in hand is trying to sell a personal consultation service for employees of companies, I will have to register hundreds of users massively every time a program is sold.

    Hi,

but it keeps giving error with the users loaded by CSV

I suspect that the users imported via the CSV file are using a field that is not included in WP Users or something similar.

    Kind regards

I do not think so, I’ve tried with the bare minimum:
    user_name
    e-mail
    membership_level
I checked the database in case it was loading some space or something in wp_users and nothing. I can not understand it.

    Thanks again for your support

Okay, just to confirm that we are on the same track. Did you follow these instructions to import your members using a csv file?
