@rocky2018 It sounds like you are having issues with order confirmation emails not reaching its destination.
We have a great document here with several recommendations on specific things to verify:

I’d recommend paying special attention to the section titled See if emails are sent, but not received, as that’s where most issues related to emails usually come from.

Hi, unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved. My technician says the system is working properly.

So it must be as expected at the Klanra plugin on which we have no influence because we did not develop it.
And Klarna says it’s Woocommerce.
I am desperate.
