    Hi @obeone,

I’m not sure I understand the issue. Can you give us more details?

It’d be helpful if you can provide a link to a page where we can see the problem, as well as steps to reproduce it.

    Hi @obeone

I quickly wanted to touch-base with you on this problem you reported earlier.

Were you referring to the built-in Price Filter widget that comes with WooCommerce? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-widgets/#section-4

It would be difficult for us to help you in troubleshooting this without you sharing a link that has the problem. Did you use the built-in widget, or did you try using a third party plugin for the same?

If you used the built-in widget, when I did some tests in my local site, it seems to be working properly. Please note that this widget will only appear on shop, tag, category, etc… pages. If you were testing on any other pages, it may not work properly.

If you tried your best to troubleshoot this and you were out of options, my recommendation would be to try out a full conflict test as mentioned here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

In case you used a plugin to add these filters to your site, I would recommend reaching out to the support folks of that plugin.

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so we’re marking this thread as Resolved for now.

Please feel free to reply to us in this thread, should the problem persist. We are happy to look into this and guide you further.

    All the best!
