Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!

    I have a questionnaire that was working before and now I don’t know what happened.
    When I try to submit any random answers it comes up a message “Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!” and it doesn’t tell me which error is.
    Only the first question is mandatory to answer, the other ones as optional.
    Any idea what could be wrong?
    I updated to a new theme yesterday. It could be related. Is it possible to fix or I need to install again?
    The theme is Catch Vogue.

    SOLVED!
    The e-mail field was marked as “OPTIONAL” but I had to change “validate” to “NONE” so it accepts the submission without an email.
