Export Order and customers

Good morning. For an existing and published site … (ES; http://www.mydomain.com) I will have to make the new version but …. I would like to build it from scratch in a subfolder or subdomain (ES: http://www.mydamn.com/new) When the site will be completed …. I would like to export from the old site: products, orders, customers and woocommerce settings to import them into the new site. Without this ….. I will delete all the files in the main directory (ES; http://www.mydomain.com) and move the installation from the sub-folder to the main directory. It can be done? Such as? P.Š. For products there is the appropriate function Import / export but … for orders and customers how can I do?
