    Hi I’m trying to insert a link or a banner at the top of my blog and even in the text if I desire that when clicked on will direct the visitor to my website or money page what plugin or plugins should I be focusing on or using to accomplish this?

    Try editing header.php and adding the link there. Other than that, just about any text ad plugin should work for you.
