Unable to connect creativethemes.com/blocksy/

I have installed blocksy theme to WP located on Open Server on my to local computer but can not reach either
https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/
or Blocksy Companion plugin page.
At the same time, can fully connect with these services through the VPN (for example, through the Opera browser in private mode with vpn enabled).
