Reply-To Email

I have seen other people post on this but none of the answers seem to tell what to do.
I have set up my form and it is working fine, with one exception; the Reply-To field. In the setup, my Reply To is showing this tag {field_id=”1″} , which relates to the Email field the user enters in the form. However, every email I get from the website shows as the user’s name, but my admin email as the Reply To. (Their email shows in the form, but that does not allow me to hit Reply and email the submittor).
What can i do to remedy this?? Thank you!
