Help moving logo text image

Hello.

Our service provider encountered some data breaches and they needed to build lots from beginning and that restore broke my site. Since I’m not an WP expert and I cannot remember anymore how I got my header to work last time (by trial and error using custom css), I need some help from someone who can fix my header.

The problem can be seen in this image: http://ylokk.net/header_prob.jpg

The upper version is how it is now and the lower one is how it used to be. The issue seems fo be moving the logo text image to the right place and I think rest of the stuff falls in place.

I did try something in custom css, but no luck.
