Export function…not exporting….

    Hey Everyone!
    I am transferring my domain to a new hosting company and I need to export all of my posts, comments, ect. I have about 155 posts or so but when I import my exported xml from WP…it only imports 68 posts. I have rexported it and tried again and it is the same thing. Is there some other option I am missing here to have it export everything? I am running WP 2.8.3…:)

    What’s the version of the old site? Perhaps there’ve been too many database changes between that version and 2.8.3.

    [edit] you can view the export file in a text editor. Does it contain all posts? That way you can determine if the problem is the export or the import.
