    Have I got this right?

I understand that CATEGORIES house PRODUCTS… The mother of things.

For some reason all my products seem to have their own category pages? I am just going through doing SEO on category pages and maybe thinking I only need the menu on the left??

For example SOFT ENAMEL BADGES is a category as well as a product??

Any help would be great, thanks.

    Hi @vanodyssey,

At the end of the day, it does depend on how you want to structure your website and configure the navigation menus.

Having said that, categories are indeed intended to house multiple products with similar characteristics. So, like in your example, it would make sense to have a category for BADGES, that displays multiple badge products. I agree that it would be kind of redundant to have a category for each individual product.

In that menu, instead of linking to the individual category page, you can just skip that extra click for the customer and link them directly to the product page.
