allow arabic usernames in ultimate member plugin

    i want to allow arabic user names in ultimate member plugin, i tried to use ” special characters for user names” plugin, but it did not work.
    ultimate member support said it is a wordpress issue and not their problem.
    so can you please provide me a code to add it to my files to allow arabic user names.
