Email notifications for new posts

    I am looking for a very simple Email notification for new posts. I would basically like to allow people to subscribe/unsubscribe to my blog so that when something new is posted they get Emailed with it if subscribed.

    Ideally I would like something that does not rely on SMTP and just works with little configuration.
