Woocoommerce coupons don´t work

Hi
We have woocoommerce 3.6.2 plugin on this website https://www.topotents.pt and when we use coupons the discount is applied as it should be but the use of the coupon is not discounted in the total of available coupons. We have a coupon named edp19 which gives 100% discount on the purchase and which has defined a maximum of 12 uses. We have used 12 times this coupon but it still has 0/12 uses in backoffice and can continue to be used.
What can be the problem?

I tested this on my site and it’s working fine. I also don’t see any open issues relating to that on our development board here:

Can you send a few screenshots showing exactly how you have the coupon setup with each of the settings?
Can you also let us know the status of the orders where the coupon is used? Are they

The coupon looks setup properly.
I’d recommend setting up a staging site, then updating your WordPress version on the staging site to
5.2.2to see if that helps.If not, then I’d recommend running a full conflict test on the staging site to check your “Lambda” theme and other installed plugins. The steps for that are here:

Sorry for the delay.
We made the update of wordpress version to 5.2.2 and test again and the results are the same. The coupons don´t work correctly.
Those were the steps for our test:

We are using the edp19 coupon and you can see its settings on the prints bellow1. We made a booking for a 2Pax Tent and use the coupon edp19
2. Went to Woocommerce\Orders and updated the order to Complet
The coupon usage remains at 1/12Next,
3. The we made a order for a woocommerce product and use the same coupon edp19
And the coupon usage is update for 2/12.We sent this test to the Calendarista plugin, the plugin we are using to make the bookings, and there answer that,
“Hi, as I’ve already told you, coupons in woocommerce have little to nothing to do with Calendarista. Once the checkout step delegates payment to Woocommerce, then Woocommerce takes over.
If the payment is in completed status, the coupon code will be deducted. While knowing that this is not related to Calendarista, I went the extra mile to test and reached the same conclusion. It works correctly. You will need to fix this on your end, it is of no use for me to log in and test Woocommerce. I am not associated with Woocommerce in anyway and cannot diagnose and fix issues related to third party plugins 🙁
”We understand their response to a certain point but the fact is that the coupon usage just doens´t work when we make a booking. When buying a woocommerce product also seems to work just fine.

Just to be clear – have you already conducted plugin conflict testing? Quirky issues like this can often be traced to plugins not playing nicely with one another.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to see if this is the case:
1.) To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.
2.) Try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test the coupon after re-enabling each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from. This process is tedious, but often resolves issues like this. 🙂
3.) If the above does not resolve the issue, try switching your theme to the Storefront theme (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and see if it works correctly. If it does, you’ll want to contact your theme’s developers and see if they have a fix/update.
Please give that a shot and let us know how it goes!
