Hi there,
The shortcode you’ve entered has a number 1 where it shouldn’t. The shortcode should be entered as so: [products limit=”4″ columns=”4″ orderby=”popularity” class=”quick-sale” on_sale=”true” ]
If changing that doesn’t work, please link to the page so we can take a look.
The “1” on the woocommerce shortcode was an error I made as I was typing the message. I have tried it again but it still doesn’t work. Tried to deactivate some plugins, still no way. I also observed that “on sale” badge on the product image is not displaying. I will appreciate any help, please. Here is the site url: https://zoomlens.store/
Hi @titus101,
You might be having an issue with the quotation marks you’re using. Smart quotes will mess up what you’re trying to do.
If you compare the quotation marks below to the one in your post, you’ll see what I’m talking about:
[products limit="4" columns="4" orderby="popularity" class="quick-sale" on_sale="true"]
I used the above shortcode, feel free to copy it, in a page on my site and it worked exactly as it should.
