no click reports

    Hi, i have installed the plugin and set many amazon affiliate urls. But i see no reports of clicks though there is good traffic on the site.

    Further, on the other site i see proper reports of the clicks. All the settings for both sites remain same.

    Any help?

    Hi @bheem,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    It’s possible that there might be something that blocks our tracking that’s why the reports are not properly saved on your other site.

    First, please try to enable/disable the Enable Enhanced Javascript Redirect on Frontend on ThirstyAffiliates > Settings > Link Appearance to see if it helps.

    Next, please do basic debug by disabling your other plugins except for ThirstyAffiliates and switching your theme to Twenty Nineteen. Afterward, test the affiliate link to see if the click will be counted in the Reports.

    If doing basic debug, you’re able to get the data from the Reports, it means that there’s a conflicting plugin that might cause this.

    I reported the same, been like this for nearly a year already.
