Widget missing ‘Form’ field

    I’m trying to install the MailChimp sign up form in my sidebar. I’ve dragged and dropped the Mailchimp Sign-Up Form widget, but it’s missing the ‘Form’ field. All I see is ‘Title’ and then ‘You can edit your sign-up form etc etc’ I’ve configured a form and linked to my MailChimp account with the API Key etc.
