I’m not sure that I fully understand your questions. You reference a bunch of third-party plugins in there, so it might be best if you reach out to the authors of those plugins for support, as we have no experience using them ourselves.

if i run multi vendor marketplace and vendor add product and customer buys it will the payment (from buyer account to seller account) go throu woocommerce?

WooCommerce doesn’t include the option for a multi-vendor marketplace out of the box – so, I assume you’ll be looking to do this through a third-party plugin. I’d ask the developer of that plugin for details about how the payment is processed.

The WooCommerce theme develops an extension called Product Vendors that helps you create a vendor marketplace. In this extension, you process all payments in your WooCommerce store, and through your own payment gateway account – and then you are in charge of paying their share to the vendor whose product you sold.
