Theme is screwed up

On the front page everything looks fine but on each separate article page the sidebar moves to the bottom and is below the post not at the side.
If I am logged in it all looks fine, but when I am logged out, the problem detailed above happens. Also no one can leave comments it says you must be logged in.
Does anyone know what is causing this, could it be a plugin I’ve installed? Or has the theme become corrupted?
