Showing error when scanning

    Hello,
    I have a site named https://wyndhamcayman.com/. I have installed wordfence plugin, now whenever i am scanning my site using wodrfence plugin, its showing me the error shown below:

    Scan Failed
    The scan has failed because we received an unexpected response from the Wordfence servers. This may be a temporary error, though some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably. Click here for steps you can try.

    The error returned was:

    We received a data structure that is not the expected array when contacting the Wordfence scanning servers and calling the ‘get_patterns’ function.

    Please guide me to resolve my error…

    Hi @shashi1234

    Can you check or ask your hosting provider to check to see if the json PHP extension is installed on the server. If not installing it should resolve the error.

    If it is installed, then another possible cause is a function added to the disable_functions PHP directive can cause this so that may need review by your hosting provider.
