Ok please use shortcodes for that (question 3, option “Place icons manually”)

A step by step process of how to place this in the theme code will be appreciated.

@claridad37 This goes a bit beyond the free plugin support. We do this as part of this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/. Alternatively, you can ask your theme creator about it, or also google it.
