Hi there, looks like it is some kind of WPBakery conflict. You could try updating it or deactivating this plugin on this page you are trying to create.
As long as this plugin is a paid plugin, so our community has no access to it and we are unable providing further help about it. Maybe a good idea is contacting the plugin developers.
In case you still can not fix this problem after doing it, so maybe you could try Elementor (https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor). It has a free basic version which one we can provide better support.
Thanks for the response. If I deactivate WPBakery plugin, will all my work be deleted?\
No. No worries. Still may be a good idea getting a backup for safety measures.
You can do it using a plugin like Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator), and creating a backup package.
i tried the Duplicator – installtion failed.
But the Backup Guard plug in was successfully installed.
Also, when you said we purchased the WPBakery, I am not sure if we did. I looked at the tab, there is no product license from them. anyway, I am going to try to deactivate it.
I will contact WPBakery. Thank you.
Sometimes those plugins come inside themes. You could try to check this out. In this case, your theme must be able to provide you support.
