    Hi there,

I appreciate that the instructions are to only have [newsletter] on a dedicated page, which I tried at first, however as I could not style the form in the way I needed to I went with a custom form, which it details how to do here: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/newsletter-forms

However, when I test the user journey, if they click the {unsubscription_confirm_url} within an email this takes them back to the sign up form.

It’s so confusing, I’ve lost three days trying to get this and other issues to work, (such as putting a simple “unsubscribe” link into pages) 🙁 Can anyone help please?
    Thanks,
    Sam.

The newsletter dedicated page has only the [newsletter] shortcode? If not, the unsubscription message won’t be displayed.

If you need a custom form in that page, you can user [newsletter form=”…”].

    Stefano.
