I installed exif and now I get this error. Every time I try to publish, instagram sends me an attempt to login suspicion. “we have detected an unusual login attempt” attempt start session suspicious

What does the error “challenge required” means ?
The error that you have is related to Instagram security process, you faced an issue when login to instagram. It means that Instagram wants to know if you are a human or a robot, and they want you to proove that you are the actual owner of the instagram account that you use. To resolve this, simply login to your account via the official website or your mobile device. If that still persist you will have to contact the support of Instagram.

After doing everything indicated, there was no way to work and I was almost ready to quit. I had discarded the wordpress because if I logged in with another account it published correctly in instagram so I thought it was from the specific instragram account. In case someone else happens and it helps, in my case the result is the UTC time slot indicated in general WordPress settings, by mistake instead of being + 1 which is my strip, it was at 0. At the moment I have changed it to the first one. For some reason specifically that account and not the others was detected as suspicious from another country.
