Inline and Defer CSS won’t turn off

    Hello. I was testing out some more optimizations on our staging server and ran across some odd behavior. I turned on the “Inline and Defer CSS?” option and added some CSS. When I tried to turn off that option, it won’t turn off. After saving and reloading, the box is checked again.

    I was having a similar problem with the Async Javascript plugin. On that one the “Enable Async JavaScript?” options isn’t enabled after I enable it and click save.
