installing new wordpress theme

    I’m trying to install a new theme for my site, workingsocially.com. It’s available in the directory …/wp-content/themes in my file manager and it is available to activate when I log into my site (in the presentation–>themes section) but an error message comes up when I activate the new theme:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_tag() in /home/pleen53/public_html/wp-content/themes/neutica/functions.php on line 78

    Whenever I get errors (and I alwasy do the first time for some bizarre reason) I just uninstall and reinstall.
