Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
Ok thanks. I’ll try disabling plugins when I get home from work about 15 hours from now.
Ok. Deleting Statpress SEOlution from both sites fixed one of them. The other one is not showing the error message anymore but still has a problem. I will keep at it.
Statpress SEOlution has not been updated in NINE years. It’s amazing it’s worked for this long.

The author has withdrawn it from the repository.
Ok. On the other site I also had to get rid of the Like plugin by Bottomless and the Sociable plugin from Blogplay. All fixed now. Thanks.
Thanks Steven. These are old sites. I don’t maintain websites for a living anymore. I used to be very active in the WordPress community.
