How-to group plugins together…..?

    So I found out the look I want (example here: http://demo.arrastheme.com/ ) – Top right, really good looking box with 4 tabs; Featured, Latest, Comments, Tags.

    Apparently this is not a single plugin, but multiple ones grouped together.

    How do you do this?
