problem to reorder shipping field

    hi. i ha ve a problem with shipping field. if i try to reorder as i want and i try to rename the placeholder or input field, nothing happen. the billing section seems to be working.

    i’m running wp 5.2
    enfold 4.5.7
    woocommerce 3.6.3
    woocommerce checkout manager 4.3
