Profile Settings Icon

Hello,

While on the Profile page there’s a settings icon to the right. When clicked, there are a few links; Edit Profile, My Account, Logout, Cancel. I’m wondering if there’s a way to change the name of “My Account”. I’d like to customize it to say something else.
