My brother reported to me about a site we mutually admin, having the following error on BOTH computer-based Chrome browser AND mobile Opera browser:

    Tab name: “wordpress error”
On-site white box announcing “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”

I went into C-Panel and renamed the WordFence plugin directory, and immediately the site loaded normally. NOW MY SITE IS VULNERABLE!!!!

Could you please look into this? BTW, I AM NOT the only one having this exact issue since the Version 7.3.1 update coupled with WordPress Version 5.2, Twenty-Seventeen Theme and very few other plugins.

    Thank you!

Ok…. I just checked the WP.org plugins site, and see that WordFence has a Version 7.3.2 update, which I installed. Everything seems to be fully functional now!

    Thank you!

Had identical error message on the admin login page. The error detail was
    Uncaught Error: Class ‘wfUtils’
    in line 46 of /plugins/wordfence/modules/login-security/classes/model/request.php

    wordfence 7.3.2
    wordpress 5.2
    php 7.0.33

In my case the solution was updating to php 7.1.29
