Blacklisted Clients

Dear Sirs,
We recently sent a message about our clients being blacked listed as spam despite already having an account on our platform. We are still experiencing the same issue we are now actually losing clients due to their inability to access and register onto our website. We understand the software is designed to detect spam accounts, but it is now blocking legitimate accounts / users. Our clients are mostly from Nigeria so most users will be using IP addresses from this region. Kindly look into this as a matter of urgency.
