Zero Support. Jetpack and Sharing Issues

    At fist glance it looks like a great theme, and I would love it, if there were some support to help resolve its issues.
    Jetpack sharing does not work.
    My sidebar does not show on my site, even though it appears on my dashboard.
    And I have 4 open tickets in the Support Forum, and nobody has responded in 4 days.
    It is a real pity because I really liked the look of this theme.
