User Switching broken for some roles

    We have been using this plugin successfully for some time now. Our site includes a new role with more limited permissions that the standard WP contributor role. Switching to users with this role worked great until yesterday when we upgraded to WP 5.2 and PHP 7.2. Switching to user’s with the contributor role still works fine after the upgrade. When we switch to a user with the modified role, we get a 502 bad gateway error.

    Thanks for the report. Can you find out the cause of the 502? This might be triggered by Nginx or php-fpm or somewhere else.

    Also, try clearing your browser cookies and then logging in again, sometimes too many cookies in your browser will cause Nginx to hit its header size limit: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/502-bad-gateway-36/
