Restrict ability to Create New content

I am building a member directory, and this plugin has successfully allowed me to assign “Member” users to their custom “profile” (using Pods to create that content type, called “Members”) and all is working perfectly, but I can not figure out how to restrict the ability for that Role (access level) to Create New “Member” (pods content). The capabilities only seem to be edit and delete.

How would I be able to allow the user to edit their own Member (Pod) content but 1) not delete it (I think I have that) and 2) remove the ability to Add New?
