email template changed. How to get it back?

    Hi,
    My email template has changed after I had made some adjustments in the language templates (using the loco translate plugin). Maybe I’ve thrown it away by accident. Restoring the .po /.mo files did not resolve the problem.
    I would like to have my old template back
    Do you have a suggestion how to accomplish this?
