Leave a comment not showing!!

    On my site http://www.catshavedreams.se
    Leave a comment is only showing on my posts when on “Home” tab at the site. When your in the actual category where the post is, there i s no “leave a comment” option.. I’m using “THAT MUSIC THEME” I have no idea how and where i should change so all posts have a “Leave a comment tab”
    PLz help me 🙂

    Should add that i also need help with changing the background behind the Recent posts/comments box in the r-sidebar to white instead of brown. Help me and i will forever be your slave :,O
