Woocommerce Empty Cart Error

As stated in the title, My website is getting an empty cart error, products can be added to the cart, however when clicking the cart page, the car shows up empty

What I’ve already done to solve the problem

• I’ve test for theme conflicts
• I’ve tested for plugin conlficts
• I had a GoDaddy Customer Service clear the server cache
• I’ve cleared WC Transients, Cleared Expired Transients, Cleared Customer Sessions
• Flushed Permalinks
• Checked for spaces in end-points
