Search Result: Open Specific Page

I have a site, and all I want to do is have them enter a search term (zip code) and when they hit search, the landing page opens that includes that term. I don’t want a list of pages (that only includes 1) that they have to click again. Example: if they enter 37209 and hit search, the nashville page should load automatically as it will be the only page on my site that has the term “37209” on the page.
Seems small, but, I can’t seem to find a way to make this happen anywhere.

Likewise, you could try adding this code to your functions.php file which will redirect to the page if only one matches the search results:
