Sitemap not working, getting “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

Hi,

It looks like something (the Lightspeed server or a WordPress plugin or your theme) is forcing a redirect when there is no trailing slash, but then the sitemap plugin redirects back to without trailing slash.

Try for instance a non-existent location like https://www.thewmhi.com/anything.xml … you will get redirected to https://www.thewmhi.com/anything.xml/ which then generates a WordPress 401 error page.

Do you know if there is something like a plugin running that forces trailing slashes? And what are your Permalink structure settings?

Hi, it looks like https://www.thewmhi.com/sitemap.xml is working fine now. No redirects anymore. Do you have any idea what/when it changed?
