I suppose you’re talking about the blocks from Divi? Let me know if that’s correct!
One good way to test and determine if the issue is indeed from Asset CleanUp (perhaps it’s from a different plugin) is to append /?wpacu_no_load to the URL. Moreover, you can enable “Test Mode” and you will apply the changes only to yourself, while your visitors will see the pages as if Asset CleanUp is deactivated.
PS: I’m positive this is an easy fix in case the plugin is at fault. Looking forward to your reply!

FYI, if I deactivate this plugin, I don’t have the issue. On activation, I have the issue.
