2 themes running at same time

Hi there,

It would be great if you could help me! I administrate a WordPress Blog at http://www.diebuendner.ch/diebuendner. In addition, I am creating a new website at http://www.diebuendner.ch (it’s still the old one that’s online here). It is going to be a combination of Flash and HTML/PHP. On this new website, i would like to include parts from the WordPress Blog. I thought i just make a different Theme on my own that would fit into the design guidlines of the website. So then I would have a theme for the “real” WordPress Blog and one that comes in the look&feel of the website.
Now my problem is: how do I activate both? Or do you have any other idea, how i could embed parts like the posts, the categories etc. of WordPress into the website? I’ve been searching the web but could not get any solution.
