Word Press Update Gone Wrong…need Samuel

I used install 4 free the last time I set up my wordpress blog. I cant seem to get in touch with them.. the website is closed. I really messed up my website trying to update wordpress. Please help!!! I need to get in touch with Samuel Bollinger (spelling might be wrong). I use this website for my classroom communication with parents and students. I cant see anything… I am really freaking out.
